Movementdivergent is for folks who've been told they're "too sensitive," "too much," or "not trying hard enough." Maybe you've tried yoga, therapy, meditation apps — and felt like you were failing. You weren't failing. The spaces were failing you. This is different. We move to feel, not to achieve. We listen to your nervous system instead of overriding it. And we do it together, at your pace, with zero performance pressure. You don't need to identify as anything specific to be here. If traditional wellness hasn't worked for you, that's enough.
