I'm a fellow traveler on this weird, wonderful journey of being a human with a nervous system. I started Movement Divergent because I was tired of wellness spaces that felt performative, exclusive, or just... too much.
I'm not a guru. I don't have all the answers. But I've spent years learning how to befriend my own body after decades of treating it like an obstacle. I'd love to share what I've learned — and learn from you too.
