I'm not here to fix you (you're not broken). I'm here to sit beside you while we practice listening again — at your pace, in your way.

One-on-one time to explore what your body's been trying to tell you. Gentle movement, zero pressure, complete autonomy. 

Weekly Mindful Movement Reset

A 90-minute Friday evening workshop for folks who need to actually exhale. Group setting, but no forced sharing. Just nervous system care in community.

Free Monthly Zoom & Group Meditation

Low-pressure, camera-optional, always free. Sometimes I talk, sometimes we sit in silence together. Show up however you are.
